Ciao

Tomass

Piccola guida:
tasto [...]

0  : prima scheda dell'elenco
1  : seconda scheda
...
N : n+1esima scheda dell'elenco

nello stesso file ini può essere selezionato il numero di modulo del plugin da utilizzare (questa funzione non è stata provata)

0 : primo modulo (default)
1 : secondo modulo
...
etc..

Hello
i see that this happy community is still growing, so, even if in late, i would like to make a present to everybody.
This small utility takes the audio from the input device listed in mediamapper, pass it through any
Winamp dsp plugin (for example SoundSolution) then send the processed audio to the output device.
Once launched, the program will load atomatically the plugin and will start to play.

Bye everybody  Grin
Tomass

Small help:
[...] button: select the plugin you want to use
[CFG] button: plugin configuration  (open its GUI)

to select a different sound card, you should modify the cfg.ini file inserting the number of the device
you wish to use.
In windows media mapper the devices are enumerated like this:

0  : first device
1  : second device
...
N : Nth +1 device

So if you want to use the first, simply write 0 ... writing -1 will result in using that device that is selected under
windows media mapper.

In the cfg file also you can specify the plugin's module number you wish to use, but this function was not tested.

0 : first module (default)
1 : second module
...
and so on...

NOTA
Ho visto che nel file uppato in precedenza effettivamente il tasto [...] non funziona. Questa è la versione corretta
NOTE
I noted that effectively in the file i uploaded before the [...] button was not functioning. This is a corrected version.
'NJOY!

Hmm... the CFG dialog doesn't want to open for me.  All I have so far is a cfg.ini file with a few things in it.

-1 in the cfg.ini file is for the default windows audio device.  Other devices installed on your system my be selected by using 0, 1, 2 etc.  I just set mine both to 1 and it is now using my second soundcard just fine.

Thanks for posting how to install the dsp since the CFG button doesn't work yet. Smiley

Thanks tomtreas!

The CFG button only works when pluign is loaded.

Open the cfg.ini file

[Settings]
InputCard=-1 - this is your defualt soundcard
OutputCard=2 - this is soundcard number 3 on my PC which is a Virtual Cable
PluginName=dsp_ss20a.dll - type the sound solution plugin in there (must be in same directory)
ModuleNumber=0

Hope this helps... took me a little while to get me head around.

I set my plugin in here to the dsp_mfx2.dll (MuchFX2 stacker) and initially I couldn't see the MuchFX2 window.  After the first run though which created a plugin.ini file, I just changed the window to window=0,0 and reran.  Now I have the ability to pick and choose plugin(s) that I want to play with with TPP. Smiley  One note though with using MuchFX2...  don't try and remove the last plugin in the list, TPP gives exception and aborts.  I've worked around by putting in a new DSP before removing the old.

I can get other dsp's to work with this (about a 1 sec delay, though), but not the SSv1.1 (dsp_SS1.dll), which is the only SS I use.  I get the error message:  Unable to initialise Module.

Ok, thanks tomtreas.  Using MuchFX got SSv1.1 working for me (after about a 10 second delay when SS just sat there doing nothing), and I have the Bobware Stereo Delay following SS.  This would be nice for watching DVD's, except for the 1 sec delay I am getting.  Cannot have the lip-sync out that much.
